Meet the Team:

Aaron has been working in this industry since he was a wee fella! He has a strong sales & marketing background and is a graduate from DIT.  Key Skills: generating ideas to help customers present their brand in an imaginative way.  Aaron is constantly looking for new products that Vision can offer to customers i.e. our Vision Media advertising range.  When he’s not busy running Vision, Aaron loves to play football and rugby.

Tom has over 30 years experience in the sign industry. Key Skills: his knowledge of the products and his approachable manner make Tom our go-to guy around the workshop. He has built up a loyal customer base over the years and never lets a client down. Tom is a real family man and is happiest when he is hanging out with his grandson.

Maura has been with Vision for the past 4 years and is our Office Manager/Accounts Manager/Production Manager and all round Superstar. Key Skills: her fantastic relationship with both staff and customers, Maura is always willing to go the extra mile for clients. She has a wicked sense of humour, loves her gold MX5, and her Honda Rebel and Yamaha Virago!

Michael has been with the company for 8 years now and is our Tinting Expert. Key Skills: his speed, accuracy and knowledge ensure that when he does a job the customer is always happy. Michael loves fast cars (he has a Honda Integra Type R,) tattoos and has a really soft spot for Bulldogs.

Pawel has been working in Vision for 7 years now and is our head Graphic Designer. He previously worked in Signs Express for 2 years. Key Skills: highly motivated and has a strong creative flair, he always finds solutions for unusual projects (just take a look at the ducks and phones here). Pavo is music mad and can often be found dancing  (and singing) as he designs!

Piotr has been working with Vision for 4 years. Key Skills: his attention to detail and friendly, helpful nature. Peter is an expert window film fitter and brings great organisational skills to any project he works on. Piotr is a bit of a movie buff and enjoys the beautiful things in life (namely the ladies!)

Krzysztof comes from a Sign & Graphics background in Poland and has been with our company for over 2 years. Key Skills: An expert tint fitter, Kris is now expanding his skill set and works closely with Pawel in the graphics department too. Kris loves music  and works best to a beat. He can also be found kyacking down rivers on a Sunday.  (He is secretely a chocolate addict!)

 
Ruth is the newest member of our team but has settled in well.  She has a background in sales & marketing, and maintains our Twitter & Bebo sites. Key Skills: Her attention to detail and follow through is excellent and she has a great relationship with all our staff and customers. Ruth loves shoes, fancy dress parties and animals (she can often be found rescuing wasps from rolled up newpapers).
